  • Use of shoe covers and gloves inside the home

  • Use of our custom doormats to avoid bringing dirt inside

  • We clean our tools and equipment after each use

  • We will ask prior to moving any floor rugs

  • We will not move furnishings or personal belongings

  • In the unlikely event we must remove a small section of drywall, we will discuss this procedure with you and use drop cloths and protective sheeting

Our Guarantee

We are confident in the skills of our technicians and the quality of our technology. We guarantee your leak will be within 4 feet of the marked location, or we will relocate the same leak for no additional charge.

  • To qualify, the excavator must dig up to 4’ from the marked location, at a minimum depth of 4 feet.

  • If a leak was not found in the marked location, please contact us while the excavator/plumber is on site. We will attempt to return immediately to complete additional testing.

  • Please note certain conditions impact the accuracy of leak detection services. Our friendly technicians will notify you if any of the following will impact their detection process, and whether or not the guarantee will be impacted as a result.

    • The presence of underground obstructions, i.e. boulders, rock, storage tanks, etc.

    • The presence of heavy traffic or vibrations

    • Environmental factors such as rivers, waterfalls, and heavy rain
